<p>This image is a <a href="http://earth.google.com/">GoogleEarth</a> image of the Confluence of the Green River and the Colorado River in Canyonlands National Park in Southern Utah. This photo is really cool, because you can see that the Green River is actually, well, green. </p>
<p>
Most people don&#8217;t realize that you can use GoogleEarth to generate a nice image that is high enough resolution that it will make a great PosterBrain poster.</p>
<p>
Here&#8217;s all you need to do: </p>
<p><img src="http://www.posterbrain.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/Screen-shot-2010-03-16-at-5.34.05-PM.png" alt="Screen shot 2010-03-16 at 5.34.05 PM" title="Screen shot 2010-03-16 at 5.34.05 PM" width="600" height="473" class="alignleft size-full wp-image-696"  style="margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:20px;" /></p>
<p>1. Find the part of the earth that you&#8217;d like to make into a map.</p>
<p>
2. Click File, then Save, then Save Image.</p>
<p>
3. Save the image to your desktop.</p>
<p><img src="http://www.posterbrain.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/Screen-shot-2010-03-16-at-5.28.38-PM.png" alt="Screen shot 2010-03-16 at 5.28.38 PM" title="Screen shot 2010-03-16 at 5.28.38 PM" width="600" height="394" class="alignleft size-full wp-image-695"  style="margin-top:0px;margin-bottom:20px;" /></p>
<p>4. Then, all you need to do is upload it to PosterBrain.</p>
<p>
It&#8217;s as easy as that! Using this technique, you can make a map out of literally anywhere on the globe!</p>

<p><img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-36" title="gone_with_the_wind_wedding" src="http://www.posterbrain.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/03/gone_with_the_wind_wedding.png" alt="gone_with_the_wind_wedding" width="600" height="900" />Timothy Hartsock<span> are super-fun <a href="http://www.thehartsocks.com/" target="_blank">wedding photographers</a>. They have a couple who is getting married in October in downtown Indianapolis at the Fountain Square Theatre and thought it would be really cool to have movie posters made of the two of them. They will be displayed in the outside poster cases so guests can see them as they arrive for the wedding. They wanted one of the posters designed similar to the &#8220;Gone with the Wind&#8221; Poster. So, from the engagement photos they shot, they used one to design their poster. After the wedding, they can frame their poster and hang it up to enjoy and remember their very special event! For anyone who is interested in having their own custom designed wedding poster, The Hartsock&#8217;s said they would love to create some fun for you too <a href="http://www.thehartsocks.com/" target="_blank">www.thehartsocks.com</a></span></div>
